Roasted Balsamic Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1/4 cup sugar, more or less to taste (50 g)
  • 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place strawberries in a baking dish and sprinkle sugar over the top. Drizzle on balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with kosher salt.
  • Bake for 60 to 90 minutes, or until bubbly and very soft.
