Roasted Balsamic Strawberries

Ingredients

strawberries
hulled and halved
1/4
cup
sugar, more or less to taste
(50 g)

Tbs
balsamic vinegar
Pinch
kosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place strawberries in a baking dish and sprinkle sugar over the top. Drizzle on balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with kosher salt.
Bake for 60 to 90 minutes, or until bubbly and very soft.
