Honeydew Melon Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 honeydew melon roughly chopped
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup sugar per cup of blended fruit

Instructions

  • Place the melon and lemon juice in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Add sugar, and blend to incorporate. Refrigerate overnight to chill.
  • Set up an ice cream freezer and churn according to the manufacturer's directions.
  • Pack into an airtight container and freeze.
