Ingredients

brown mustard seeds
1/4
cup
yellow mustard seeds
3/4
cup
of your favorite India Pale Ale

Tbs
kosher salt
1
Tbs
sugar
1
Tbs
mustard powder
1/4
tsp
freshly ground black pepper
1
Tbs
finely minced onion
1/2
cup
white wine vinegar
Instructions
Place mustard seeds in a clean pint jar. Add ale. Cover and let stand 12 to 24 hours.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to dissolve sugar and salt. Cover and refrigerate 30 days.
Place in food processor or blender and grind to desired smoothness.
