Ingredients

  • 1 batch egg-less pasta dough ready to roll

Instructions

  • Divide the dough into 4 (or more) pieces to make it easy to handle.
  • Roll each piece into a rope about 1/4-inch in diameter.
  • Using a sharp knife or dough scraper, cut the rope into pieces about 1/4-inch long. With the tip of a table knife, press down the center of each dough piece, then finish shaping on the tip of your finger or thumb.
