Easy Dill Pickles

Ingredients

  • 3 medium cucumbers quartered
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsp dill seed
  • 2 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 3/4 Tbs kosher salt

Instructions

  • Place the cucumbers in a heatproof container.
  • Bring the remaining ingredients to a boil over high heat.
  • Pour the liquid over cucumbers.
  • Let cool, then cover and store in the refrigerator for 3 days before eating.
