Pasta with Lemon Caper Sauce

Ingredients
Juice of 1 lemon

unsalted butter

Tbs
capers
drained
1/4
tsp
freshly ground black pepper

batch homemade pasta
cooked
1/4
cup
Parmesan cheese
grated
Instructions
Juice lemon.
Heat skillet over medium heat. Add butter, capers, pepper, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes until sauce is slightly thickened. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat.
Serve immediately, topping with grated Parmesan.
