Pasta with Lemon Caper Sauce

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbs unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbs capers drained
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 batch homemade pasta cooked
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Juice lemon.
  • Heat skillet over medium heat. Add butter, capers, pepper, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer. Simmer 2 to 3 minutes until sauce is slightly thickened. Add cooked pasta and stir to coat.
  • Serve immediately, topping with grated Parmesan.
