This is the cake we made for a 50th anniversary. Slowly but surely, we’re getting a better at piping, but we still need practice.

We didn’t have time to finish up the post on the Bittersweet Chocolate Swiss Meringue Frosting, but expect it tomorrow. It’s well worth waiting for.
